Elenberg Fraser is proud to announce Goods Shed North winner of Planning Minister's Heritage Award 2010 in recognition of "Outstanding conservation and adaptive re-use". Congratulations to all of those involved in the project including our project partners Equiset and Lovell Chen.
We are well into 2010 with many exciting new project commissions which we shall update you on in due course. Projects that are coming to a close this month are Goods Shed North (tenanted by VicUrban, Building Commission and Plumbing Industry Association), Café VUE @ 401 (currently short listed for the Interior Design Awards), 401 St Kilda Road and St Falls Quay West Resort + Spa. This year we'll see Lilli Apartments, A'Beckett Tower, Elm Apartments, Clara Apartments and La Crosse, Docklands taking shape as they go under construction.
